1. The offer. 15% off the price of the setting on engagement-ring settings in our

Diamond Engagement Rings collection, and 10% off

moissanite engagement rings in our

Moissanite Engagement Rings collection. The

discount is on the setting price, or the moissanite engagement-ring price, only. Diamonds and other

stones are at their normal price.

2. When. Orders placed from 00:00 on 9 November 2026 to 23:59:59 on 30 November 2026 (South

African time) and paid in full by 23:59:59 on 1 December 2026. An order that is not paid by

then is cancelled, and you can place it again at the prices shown at that time. **We will not end

the offer early.**

3. Where. The offer is for orders with Ralph Jacobs SA (Pty) Ltd only:

• online at ralphjacobs.co.za, for delivery in South Africa; and
• showroom quotes for retail items, meaning settings and moissanite engagement rings from our

standard range as sold on ralphjacobs.co.za, where the quote is accepted in the offer period

and paid within the time in section 2.

It does not apply to orders with Ralph Jacobs NZ Limited, or to orders for delivery outside South

Africa.

4. Not included. Custom and bespoke designs (including showroom quotes for them), natural and

laboratory-grown diamonds and gemstones, loose stones, moissanite jewellery other than engagement

rings, ready-to-ship stock items, resizing, engraving, optional courier or insurance, and orders

placed before 9 November 2026. The offer cannot be combined with another discount and cannot be

exchanged for cash.

5. Prices. The discounted price is shown on the product page, in the ring builder and at

checkout. A crossed-out price is the price we charged for that item immediately before the offer.

The total at checkout is the price you pay.

6. Delivery. The delivery periods in Terms section 9 apply. We aim to deliver orders

placed in the offer before 25 December 2026 but do not promise a Christmas date. See our

Seasonal, High Season and Closure Policy.

7. Your rights. Your rights to return, cancel or claim under warranty do not change. Any

cancellation charge or refund is worked out on the price you actually paid. If this offer reached

you through our e-mail, SMS or a direct message, you may have a five-business-day cooling-off right

(Terms section 8A).
